How long does it take my item to ship?
Custom or personalized items will ship within 2 - 3 weeks. Some items that are in stock will ship in 7 - 10 days.

How do I order personalized items?
Any personalization, customized details or special instructions can be typed in the “special instructions” section once you proceed to Checkout.

Are pieces food safe?
All pieces are hand painted with non-toxic, lead-free glaze and are food safe. We do recommend hand washing all pieces.

How do you ship?
All pieces are shipped USPS Priority Mail.

What if I want to order a custom design?
If you’d like to create your own custom design we can do that for you. Basically, the sky’s the limit! Just contact us to create your unique piece and we’ll go from there.

Refunds and exchanges.
Due to our packaging method it is unlikely that an item will break during shipping, however, we will happily exchange any item that breaks in shipping.
